Change of CEO at LGT Logistics in Horsens

After 35 years as CEO of LGT Logistics, John Riis has decided to resign from his position, at his own discretion. The change becomes effective on 1 January 2023.

Erik Jensen from NTG Nordic will succeed John Riis as CEO of LGT Logistics. During the past 11 years, Erik has overseen various areas of responsibilities at NTG Nordic, including general management and development as well as daily operations.

John Riis will continue as part of NTG Nordic Transport Group and assume a strategic role related to the combined furniture activities of the Group.

“Since 1987, I have been a part of LGT Logistics, and it is now time to pass on the baton to Erik Jensen. I do this with a steady hand and look forward to continuing my future endeavours in a strategic position within NTG”, says John Riis.

I am very pleased that John wishes to continue in a role with significant influence on our furniture activities; a niche that we aspire to expand in the future.
