• LGT advises the recipient via one of the following: telephone/SMS/e-mail regarding booking a delivery slot.
• Notification to recipient approximately 30 minutes before delivery.

 

Carrying inside
Delivery into the home to the desired spot (a room/spot indicated by the recipient).

• LGT advises the recipient via one of the following: telephone/SMS/e-mail regarding booking a delivery slot. Delivery of the item into the home to one (1) spot indicated by the customer at an agreed time.
• The customer must protect the floor and make sure there is a clear path to the indicated room.
• LGT calls approximately 30 minutes before delivery.
